Mr. Srivastava brings over 26 years of extensive experience in the BFSI sector. His notable career includes 22 years at HDFC Bank, where he successfully served as Zonal Head, overseeing P&L management, business operations, and making significant contributions to risk management, audit, compliance, and digital transformation. He has also held leadership positions as Head - Branch Banking and Head - Product Management at several Small Finance Banks.
Mr. Srivastava holds an MBA from Jadavpur University and a Certificate in Fintech & Blockchain from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. Additionally, he has completed a leadership programme at IIM Ahmedabad.
