Locker rent is charged annually and collected in advance

Lockers shall be rented or hired to existing account holders only who are KYC compliant and have satisfactory operations in account excluding minors

Allotment of lockers will be on first cum first service basis based on application format, agreement and other documents in line with regulatory guidelines and banks internal guidelines, as amended from time to time

When a customer surrenders a locker, the refund of rent, if any, shall be made for the unexpired period of the contraction on a pro-rata monthly basis. If the locker is in joint names, then all the hirers need to sign a letter, informing the Bank about their surrendering of the locker
