Her extensive expertise spans Customer Experience, Operations, and Finance Transformation, where she has driven large-scale initiatives and collaborated on innovative tech solutions. As the Head of Customer Experience and Transformation for Bank of Baroda and Citi Consumer Business, she is renowned for her ability to enhance Customer Experiences and optimise costs.

Ms. Raghavan holds a Master’s in Commerce and completed an Executive Leadership Programme at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
