Mr. Samanta has been one of the founding members of Bandhan when it was formed in 2001. In his more than 30 years of work experience, he has held leadership positions in microfinance businesses. Currently, he leads the Small Enterprise Loan and Small Business and Agri Loans verticals of the Bank.
