Eighth Anniversary (2023)

On August 23, 2023, we celebrated our 8th anniversary at JW Marriott, Kolkata. The special occasion was graced by Mr. Keki Mistry, Director of HDFC Bank, who was the chief guest at the event. In his insightful Anniversary Lecture, Mr. Mistry delved deep into "Perspectives on the Economy, Housing, and Corporate Governance in India," sharing invaluable thoughts and reflections.

In line with the Bank's commitment to constantly expand its footprint and reach out to more and more people, the Bank announced the inauguration of its branches in two significant locations. One in the picturesque Leh district of the Union Territory of Ladakh and the other in the historically rich city of Srinagar, J&K.

Another highlight of the celebration was the unveiling of the Bank's sonic identity – 'Call of Bandhan'. Crafted by the nationally acclaimed sound designer and illustrious music composer, Amit Trivedi, this melody is more than just a sound. It is an embodiment of Bandhan Bank's ethos - encapsulating empowerment, freedom, inclusivity, and warmth.

The celebration reached its peak with the mesmerising performance of the celebrated artist, Shreya Ghoshal. Her melodies resonated with the ambiance of the evening, making it truly unforgettable.
