Terms and Conditions (T&C) for #CaptainsCall Contest with Sourav Ganguly

 

1. “Participants” shall mean only resident Indian individuals aged 18 years and above, who participate in the #CaptainsCall Contest (“Contest”) within the Contest Period mentioned below.

2. Participants will be required to share their New Year resolution in the comments along with the Contest hashtag and explaining why they should be shortlisted as winners.

3. Participation in the Contest by the Participants shall be on a purely voluntary basis.

4. The Contest shall begin from January 1, 2024 and all entries (comments) must be submitted before January 8, 2024 (“Contest Period”). Any submission, post the Contest Period shall not be considered valid.

5. Only one entry (comment) per Participant shall be allowed. Multiple entries from the same Participant will result in disqualification.

6. The shortlisting of winners shall be entirely at the discretion of Bandhan Bank Limited (“Bandhan Bank”). The decision of the Bank shall be final and binding on the Participants in relation to the Contest.

7. The winner(s) shall be announced tentatively on March 29, 2024 and will be contacted through their respective Facebook handles for obtaining further contact details.

8. Subject to any force majeure event, Bandhan Bank’s brand ambassador Mr. Sourav Ganguly will call the winner(s) on March 31, 2024, to assess their progress.

9. The benefit of the Contest is non-transferable, non-binding, non-redeemable and non-encashable.

10. Bandhan Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or terminate the Contest at any time without any prior notice or intimation and without any assigning any reason whatsoever.

11. In case of any force majeure or unforeseeable event, Bandhan Bank may cancel or reschedule the Contest at its sole discretion.

12. Bandhan Bank does not encourage and will not be responsible for the misuse of any content of the Contest. Copyrighted, obscene, provocative, or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. Posting of any spam, foul/indecent/threatening language, business promotions, discriminatory and/or objectionable comments during the Contest, and/or tagging Bandhan Bank with such comments during the Contest will lead to disqualification of Participants. Bandhan Bank retains the sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.

13. All Participants, including entrants and winners, shall not have any claim(s) against Bandhan Bank or its affiliates in connection with this Contest.

14. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of Bandhan Bank shall be final and binding on the Participants.

15. By participating in the Contest, Participants undertake to abide by these terms and conditions (“T&C”) and accept any decision(s) made by Bandhan Bank regarding the Contest.

16. Bandhan Bank shall not entertain any separate questions, correspondence, and enquiries related to the Contest.

17. Employees of the Bank and their immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

18. Participants agree that they have read and understood these T&Cs, and by participation, are bound by the T&Cs. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Bandhan Bank to select a Participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Bandhan Bank to conduct further, similar, or other contests in the future. Participants also agree and confirm that they are legally eligible to participate in this Contest.

19. The Participants understand and agree that Bandhan Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage including any personal loss or injury whatsoever that may be suffered by a Participant and/or any third party, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Contest.
