Mr. Roy has more than 22 years of experience of working with varied teams across the retail banking spectrum. Prior to Bandhan Bank, he held leadership roles at Axis Bank in Retail Liabilities, Branch Banking and Channels. In his role as Head - Branch Banking, Mr. Roy is also responsible for the product portfolios of Liabilities and NRI Banking.
