Process for first time log in to Corporate Internet Banking (CIB)

You will receive two emails from Bandhan Bank Corporate Internet Banking <no-replycrm@bandhanbank.com> on their registered email ID

  1. Welcome email with login credentials protected in pdf file

  2. Email with login password protected in pdf file

Steps to log in:

  • Log into Bandhan Bank website www.bandhanbank.com

  • Click on 'Login' option

  • Now, select Corporate Internet Banking

  • Enter Group ID/Company ID

  • Enter User ID

  • Now, select the checkbox to accept Terms & Conditions

  • Click on the 'Login' button

  • Enter the Login Password (sent on registered email ID)

  • Click on the 'Login' button

  • Enter OTP (OTP gets triggered to your registered email ID as well as mobile number)

  • Click on 'Submit' button

  • Re-enter the password sent to your registered email ID as old password

  • Create new password

  • Re-enter newly created password

  • Enter CAPTCHA

  • Select a category out of the below listed options:

    • Animals

    • Birds

    • Flowers

  • Create a personalised message

  • Click on 'Save Changes' option

Once the password is re-set, you can login using the new password created.
Password re-set confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
