  • Send money by using any of the following details of the beneficiary: 

    • Mobile Number

    • UPI ID

    • Account number + IFSC code

  • Request money by entering UPI ID or mobile number of a UPI registered customer 

  • Check account balance  

  • Manage various profile related activities such as viewing & managing UPI details, managing beneficiaries etc.   

  • Check any pending UPI requests and transactions  

  • Know last 5 transactions done via UPI 

  • Feature to Set and Change UPI PIN 

For Individual

  • Identity proof
  • Address proof
  • One latest passport size photograph

    Documents acceptable as Identity and Address Proof (for Domestic Individual Savings Accounts – Opening of Accounts/Address Change/ Periodic Updation of KYC [Re-KYC]):

    1. Proof of possession of Aadhaar number
    2. Passport 
    3. Driving license
    4. Voter ID Card (Issued by Election Commission of India)
    5. Job Card by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government
    6. Letter issued by National Population Registry confirming details of name and address
    7. Only a single copy of the document is required if it is listed under both address and identity proof, e.g. Passport/Aadhar Card
    8. If mailing address and permanent address are different, provide address proof documents for both

For Hindu Undivided Family

  • Copy of PAN Card / Form 60 with proof of existence of HUF entity
  • HUF Mandate
  • Proof of identification and address of the Karta as per documentation for individual
  • Prescribed Joint Hindu Family Letter signed by all the adult coparceners

For Joint Account

  • Address and identity proof documents for both applicants
  • A single address proof to the primary account holder will only be accepted if it is supplemented by a relationship proof between both holders
