Mr. Wadhwa leads the EEB vertical and brings with him extensive experience of over 25 years in diverse roles within the BFSI sector. He is a Chartered Accountant and has also successfully completed a Senior Executive Leadership Program in Business Management from Harvard Business School.
Before joining Bandhan Bank, Mr. Wadhwa held the position of Head Business, Executive Vice President, and Member of the Executive Committee at Arohan Financial Services Ltd. He also worked with Fullerton India Credit Company for a decade plus in various capacities, including Executive Vice President and Member of the Leadership Team. Furthermore, Mr. Wadhwa spent 11 years at Citibank N.A. and Citigroup, last serving as Vice President - Distributed Operations - India Consumer Bank.
