Mr. Reddy has an overall experience of around 27 years of which 11 years was in State Bank of India and 16 years in HDFC Bank Ltd. He has rich experience in areas of compliance including advising and guiding business/operational functions, compliance policy formulation, identification, measurement and assessment of compliance risk, implementation of compliance framework, compliance testing, etc. Mr. Reddy has handled RBI Inspections of HDFC Bank and he was also a member of the Internal Risk-Based Supervision (IRBS) team.
